Lance Ewens

Lance began working for Bennett Mackay Mullany & Robinson in April 1982 as a senior accounting clerk.  In April 1988 Lance was promoted to Partner upon the retirement of Don Mackay.

Lance has served within the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and was Chairman of the Coastal Bay of Plenty Sub-branch from 1997 - 1998.

Lance and his wife Angela are currently residing in Welcome Bay township and with their two children over the years have involved themselves in many activities, such as Jaycees and soccer at all levels and lately as a football referee. 

James Stewart

James joined Bennett Gibson & Partners in July 1997 as a Chartered Accountant and became a Director of Bennett Gibson Group on 1st January 2000.

Having spent the first 12 years of his Chartered Accounting career in Hawkes Bay, three years of which was with Touche Ross. James has significant experience in the rural section and also specialises in Taxation, Maori Trusts, Companies and Business Growth. James has one daughter and enjoys boating and fishing with his partner Natalie when he can.

Dale McGuire

Dale began his qualified accounting career in 1996 and joined our team in November 2004 as a Business Services Manager and was appointed a Director of Bennett Gibson Limited in January 2007. 

Dale enjoys the fantastic BOP lifestyle and outside work hours enjoys a round of golf, a game of tennis and spending time with his daughters Briana and Maddison and his wife Kirsty.

Murray Gibson

Before merging his Te Puke based practice in 1997 with Bennett & Partners, Murray worked for Coopers & Lybrand in their Wellington, Auckland and London offices for many years.

Donna Langham

Donna became a Chartered Accountant in 1997 whilst working for KPMG Birmingham in the UK, where she worked for 12 years, specialising in audit, taxation and other business advisory services.

She joined Bennett Gibson Group in 2005 after coming to New Zealand with her young family.

Donna currently lives in Ohauiti with her husband Paul and two children. Time outside of work focuses on family fun, including biking, walking and swimming, taking advantage of the superb climate whenever possible. At other times Donna enjoys reading, music and a variety of crafts.
